Product Features

Prevents and reduces the generation of harmful gases during alloy melting, isolates impurities such as iron from contaminating and penetrating the alloy melt, and protects tools in contact with the molten alloy.
Improves the fluidity of the molten metal, making it especially recommended for ladles, crucibles, etc., ensuring good separation between the ladle and the alloy melt.
Has excellent adhesion, high chemical purity, and burns without generating impurities.

Instructions for Use

Wipe and clean the crucible, ladle, and tools, then let them dry.
Preheat the ladle to around 60℃.
Using a clean brush, apply the covering agent directly (or diluted with diesel) onto the ladle, tools, and crucible, then slowly heat on the furnace.

Storage Instructions

Store in a sealed, cool place at 5–35℃.

The shelf life of the product in its original packaging at room temperature is 12 months. Once opened, it is recommended to use it within a short period.
To ensure product uniformity, shake well before use. Occasionally, layering may occur after storage, but it mixes easily after stirring and does not affect usage.
